Finally: The 3rd book of Coville's trilogy!!

When I was a little girl in elementary school, I bought a book called Birth of the Firebringer...I waited over eight years to finally own all three books...I waited and waited on Merideth to finish all the books...well, not too long ago, it happened again...I found a book by Bruce Coville called Into the Land of Unicorns, and I became obsessed..then I read the second book, Song of the Wanderer..and then, to my dismay, I realized the third book hadn't been written yet...so, two long years I've waited..and finally, yesterday I was browsing through the children's section of Borders...and there it was!!!! in all it's hard cover glory...it's called Dark Whispers and I'm already half way through it.....*giggle*...I'm so happy.

That's awesome! I read the Wheel of Time series (which is amazing btw xD) and I read all 11 books and the 12th one, the very last one, wasn't out when I finished it. Turned out Mr.Robert Jordan died from heart complications I believe and now I have to wait for someone else to piece together all his notes and write it. I'm very greatful they're still going to write it though :)
But dontcha just hate waiting? lol! I hope you enjoy the rest of your book!

I actually discovered Into the Land of the Unicorns long before I found Birth of the Firebringer. I had lost contact with that book though and didn't know there was a third! :excited: *runs to the nearest bookstore*

I read Bruce Coville's book before I heard of the Fire Bringer Trilogy. I saw his latest book in Barnes and Noble the other day, and darn it, I didn't have enough money to buy it. D:> You tell us if it's any good, yeah? :D (Of course it will be, but other people's opinions count!)

It's out?! I've been waiting so long for that book! *runs off to Barnes and Noble to get it* XD I also love the Birth of the Firebringer. I started the sequel but I never got a chance to finish it because it was due back at the library :(

So far, I'm three quarters of the way through, and I've laughed, cried, and have just been basically devouring the pages...incredibly good.
